The original GeneratePhonemes method in GrammarKit and VoiceMarkupKit utilized SAPI 5 to generate pronunciations from words.

LexiconKit 2 introduces support for SAPI 4, SAPI 5, and Cepstral Swift phoneme generation. This new capability is part of the Chant Developer Workbench class library that is shared across the Chant component libraries.

The new method format enables GrammarKit and LexiconKit to enjoy the added benefit of phoneme generation across speech engines in a consistent and efficient way.
