Microsoft SAPI 5 XML Markup

Microsoft SAPI 5 specifies a text-to-speech (TTS) markup format using Extensible Markup Language (XML). A SAPI 5 compliant TTS engine (i.e., voice) transforms the XML to adjust how speech is synthesized from text.
