PRB: Native Cepstral voice crashes on non-default audio format requests

Symptoms

Audio format other than CAFDefault used with native Cepstral voices causes crash.

Cause

The property objects to set the audio format were released when the Cepstral voice still owned the objects.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 6 build 6.0.1.1 (Win32 and WinCE).
