PRB: All nodes are outlined

Symptoms

All nodes appear as expandable nodes in outline for GrammarKit, LexiconKit, and VoiceMarkupKit.

Cause

The language node parser was assigning outlining states for all nodes rather than nodes that span lines.

Status

Fixed in Chant Developer Workbench 2008 build 3.0.1.2.
