PRB: No alternates returned on Dragon recognition results

GetResourceCount for CSRAlternate is always 0 for Dragon recognition results.

Cause

Later versions of Dragon dropped support for PhraseGet on recognition results.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit build 6.0.8.0.
