PRB: Setting CNPDeviceID not working for SAPI recognizers and synthesizers

Symptoms

Setting the device id for the audio source (recognizer) or audio destination (synthesizer) not working.

Cause

SAPI can return a non-zero return code when setting the device id even though the operation is a success.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 6 build 6.0.2.0.
