PRB: GetResourceCount for CSRSpeaker appends duplicates each time

Symptoms

Obtaining the number of speakers more than once causes duplicates to be added to the list.

Cause

The collection object for the speakers was not emptied before the speakers were enumerated.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 6 build 6.0.2.0.
