PRB: What Can I Say dialog empty

Symptoms

Command vocabulary voice commands do not appear in What Can I Say dialog.

Cause

PRB P041003 moved dialog creation to the first show. However, the vocabulary mananager updates the dialog command list as vocabulary resources are enabled and disabled possibly before the show.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit build 6.0.7.0.
