PRB: CCSRHasPhrase and CCSRHasCommand events not firing in VoCon V3.3

Symptoms

No recognition occurs for command and grammar vocabularies in VoCon V3.3.

Cause

Multiple event types are signaled on a single event notification. The combined event type did not match a specific type so they were not processed.

Status

This problem could occur in all releases of VoCon V2 and V3. Fixed in ProfileKit 3 build 3.0.4.0. Fixed in SpeechKit 6 build 6.0.6.0.
