PRB: Enabling VoCon grammar on callback thread causes crash

Symptoms

Enabling a VoCon grammar on a recognition callback event causes VoCon to crash.

Cause

The callback thread is released when completed, but VoCon has allocated resources on that thread as part of the enable.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 6 build 6.0.1.5.
