PRB: AudioStop not firing on StopPlayback

Symptoms

CCDAudioStop event not firing when interrupting synthesis playback with StopPlayback.

Cause

Thread quiesce on StopPlayback could occur before the events have a chance to fire.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 6 build 6.0.1.4.
