PRB: Events not firing for CPRBuffer requests with Acapela voices

Symptoms

CCTTSDone and CCDAudioStop events not firing for StartPlayback requests with CPRBuffer using Acapela voices.

Cause

Streamed audio playback processing for Acapela voices assumed that device audio playback event handlers would fire events.

Status

Fixed in SpeechKit 6 build 6.0.1.4.
