PRB: Start page shortcuts do not open in new tabbed window

Symptoms

Clicking on any of the Start Page shortcut links does not display the web page in new tabbed window.

Cause

The web page navigation event handler recursion detection blocked opening the web page in a new tabbed window.

Status

Fixed in Chant Developer Workbench 2008 build 3.0.1.4.
