You can talk with this web site if you like. Please review the system requirements
below. You will see the following options for tailoring how you want to talk
with the site:
Text-to-Speech Options

AutoSpeak - Automatically speaks all text on the page when the page loads.

Change Voice - Change the speaking voice if more than one is available on your
system.

Mute On - Select to mute audio.

Mute Off - Select to hear audio.
Speech Recognition Options

AutoListen - Navigate the site by speaking the hypertext links.

Change Recognizer - Change the speech recognizer if more than one is available
on your system.

Microphone On - Select to enable the microphone and start recognizing.

Microphone Off - Select to disable the microphone and stop recognizing.

This web site uses SpeechKit 6 components so you can talk with the web
pages.
To take advantage of these features, you need the following:

Intel processor or equivalent,

Sound card (Full-duplex sound card from the PC 99 list recommended),

Microsoft SAPI 4, SAPI 5, Dragon NaturallySpeaking Professional Edition, IBM ViaVoice, or Nuance VoCon 3200,

Microsoft SAPI 4, SAPI 5 compliant synthesizers, Acapela, Cepstral, or Nuance RealSpeak Solo and Vocalizer voices,

Microphone for speech recognition, and
-
Microsoft Internet Explorer.
If you do not have a speech recognizer and/or synthesizer installed on your
system, you can download the latest Microsoft SAPI5.1 speech technology below.
